The army, along with support from the City Council, has organized a charity run as part of the commemorations of 2023 Army Day. Several activities called “SUPERA” have also been organized to stimulate sports as promoters of health and quality of life.
The event includes a 10km run/walk and a set of obstacles known as “SUPERA” activities which are to be done voluntarily at the end of the walk / run.
Participation in the run / walk is free of charge. Participants are asked to bring a food item which will be given to Cáritas Diocesana de Viana do Castelo.
The challenge was also extended to the various district clubs so that they can participate in and enhance the event.
