– 3:00pm/8:30pm: Secretariat / Distribution of race bibs in Viana do Castelo (Praça da República)

– 6:00pm: Concentration of participants for the GTSA Trail Ultra Endurance 110km

– 6:30pm: Transfer of 110km participants from Dem to Viana do Castelo

– 8:00pm: Start of GTSA Trail Ultra Endurance 110km (Viana do Castelo-Praça da República)

1^st of October (Saturday) // Dem

– 6:30am: Secretariat / Distribution of race bibs in Dem (next to the parish church)

– 8:00am: Start of Ultra Trail 45km

– 3:00pm: Opening of Secretariat / Distribution of race bibs in Dem (next to the parish church)

– 4:00pm: Award ceremony in Dem – GTSA Ultra Trail 45 km and GTSA Trail Ultra Endurance 110Km

– 7:00pm: Secretariat closure

– 8:00pm: Estimated time of arrival of the last athlete (12h limit). Finish line closure

2^nd of October (Sunday) // São Lourenço da Montaria 

– 7:00am/9:00am: Secretariat / Distribution of race bibs in Montaria (next to starting line)

– 9:00am: Start Long Trail 27 km

– 10:00am: Start Short Trail 17km and walk 12km

– 12:30pm: Start GTSA Kids

– 2:00pm: Award ceremony Long Trail 27 km and Short Trail 17 km

– 4:00pm: End of activities
